"All passengers traveling from the UK are allowed 1 carry-on bag of up to 13 lbs/5kg with dimensions not exceeding 45 linear inches. For travel to/from Canada, you're allowed 1 carry-on bag weighing not more than 22 lbs/ 10kg and not exceeding 45 linear inches. On all other routes, passengers can carry on 1 bag of up to 30 lbs/14kg with maximum dimensions of 45 linear inches. For additional free carry-on items, please refer to Air Jamaica's website." |

Passengers traveling with Air Jamaica are requested to adhere to the follow carry-on rules:
Executive Business
• 3 checked bags up to 70 lbs (32kg) each with maximum dimensions of 62” (157cm) each
Lovebird Economy Class
• 2 checked bags up to 50 lbs (23kg) each with maximum dimensions of 62” (157cm) each
Besides, passengers traveling between Jamaica and Grand Cayman can check one extra piece of baggage, in addition to the free baggage allowance. However, the third piece must be under 50lbs/23kg and must not exceed the dimension of 62 linear inches.
The following baggage rules apply on the London route:
Executive Business
• 3 checked bags up to 70 lbs (32kg) each with maximum dimensions of 62” (157cm) each
Economy Deluxe Class
• 3 checked bags up to 70 lbs (32kg) each with maximum dimensions of 62” (157cm) each

For every extra baggage within 70lbs and 62 linear inches, the following fees are applicable on flights between different points:

Between Other Points in Canada and the Caribbean US$130.00/

Delayed/lost/damaged
baggage |
Please report any delayed, damaged or lost baggage to the Air Jamaica representative at your destination airport immediately after arrival. All baggage irregularities including damage should be reported to the Air Jamaica airport baggage representative prior to exiting the Customs/Baggage Claim area.
