"Frontier Airlines allows each passenger to board with one piece of carry-on baggage. Your carry-on bags dimensions can't exceed a total of 49 linear inches (length + width + depth) and the bag can't weigh more than 35 pounds. Your carry-on bag must fit underneath the seat or in an enclosed overhead bin.
If you're traveling on Frontier JetExpress, operated by Horizon Air, you're also allowed to board with one piece of carry-on baggage. The bag's total dimensions can't exceed a total of 41 linear inches (length + width + depth) and can't weigh more than 35 pounds." |
| Checked Baggage Allowance |
You’re allowed two pieces of checked baggage within the following requirements:
• Weighing not more than 50lbs/23 kg
• Not exceeding 62 linear inches/157 cm (length+ width+ height) |
| Excess Baggage Rules |
If your baggage exceeds Frontier Airlines’ permissible limits of free baggage allowance, you’re required to pay additional fee based on quantity, weight and size. For each bag weighing 51-100 lb, you’ll be charged an additional amount of $50. For every bag between 63 and 80 inches, you’re required to pay an additional amount of $50. The rates for additional pieces of baggage are- $50 each for 1-2 pieces, $100 each for 3-15 pieces and $200 each for over 16 pieces. Bags weighing over 100 lbs and exceeding 80 inches are not accepted. |
Delayed/lost/damaged
