| Carry-on Allowance |
The following carry on rules based on the type of aircraft-
JAL/JEX (other than description below) JTA – passengers can carry on up to 10 kg of baggage not exceeding 115cm (l + w + h)
JAL/JEX (type M90/M87/M81)- passengers can carry on up to 10 kg of baggage not exceeding 115cm (l + w + h)
JAL (type CRJ)- passengers can carry on up to 10 kg of baggage not exceeding 100cm (l + w + h)
JAC HAC- passengers can carry on up to 10 kg of baggage not exceeding 80cm (l + w + h)
RAC - passengers can carry on up to 10 kg of baggage not exceeding 80cm (l + w + h) |
| Checked Baggage Allowance |
You can check up to 3 pieces of baggage, each weighing not more than 15kg and not exceeding the dimension of 50 x 60 x 120 cm. Please note that baggage weighing not more than 45kg are not accepted and must be shipped as cargo. |

Delayed/lost/damaged

Please report any delayed, damaged or lost baggage to Japan Transocean Air ground staff at the destination airport immediately after arrival. |
