Qantas Airways

Carry-on Allowance Passengers are required to adhere to the following carry-on rules:
For domestic travel within Australia and New Zealand, you can carry on 2 pieces of baggage, each not exceeding 41 linear inches, or 1 piece of baggage within the dimension of 41 linear inches, plus 1 non rigid garment bag not exceeding 73 inches or 1 bag of up to 45 linear inches. The maximum weight allowed for each item is 15lb/7kg.
On most international routes, the following rules apply for carry-on baggage-
First/Business Class passengers can carry 2 pieces of baggage, each not exceeding 45 linear inches, or 1 piece of baggage within the dimension of 45 linear inches, plus 1 non rigid garment bag not exceeding 73 inches. The maximum weight allowed for each item is 15lb/7kg.
Economy Class passengers can carry 1 piece of baggage not exceeding 45 linear inches, or 1 non rigid garment bag not exceeding 73 inches. The maximum weight allowed for each item is 15lb/7kg.

Checked Baggage Allowance For passengers traveling to/from the U.S., US Territories, Tahiti, South America and Canada on the Pacific Hospitality Class, the checked baggage allowance is 2 pieces, within the following restrictions:
• Weighing not more than 70lb/32kg
• Not exceeding 62 linear inches/157 cm (length + width + height)
The following rules apply for passengers traveling to/from all other international destinations:
• Weighing not more than 44lb/20kg on Economy Class
• Weighing not more than 66lb/30kg on Business Class
• Weighing not more than 88lb/40kg on First Class
